The Project consists of two interconnected natural gas-fired power islands commissioned in 1992/1994 and is located adjacent to a major industrial steam host (Saudi Arabia Basic Industries Corp. or “SABIC”) and provides process steam to this host.  Selkirk is positioned within Zone F of the “Rest of State” (ROS) region of the NYISO electric market as a quasi-merchant generation asset.  Selkirk receives capacity, energy and ancillary services payments from NYISO in addition to steam sales revenues it receives from SABIC under a long term supply contract.

444 MW Simple Cycle Power Plant

The Project consists of six simple cycle combustion turbine units located within the transmission constrained ATSI region of PJM.  Richland operates as a quasi-merchant generation asset and receives capacity, energy and ancillary services payments from the ISO.  Richland was designed with dual fuel capabilities for some of its generating units and is located immediately adjacent to a major utility substation which supports its dispatch to multiple PJM regions.

20 MW Simple Cycle Power Plant

The Project consists of a single combustion turbine, simple cycle facility located within the transmission constrained ATSI region of PJM.  Stryker operates as a quasi-merchant generation asset and receives capacity, energy and ancillary services payments from the ISO.  This unit typically operates only during scarcity pricing periods and has evidenced a long history of reliable performance when called upon.
