Metropolis Energy, LLC is a Houston-based, North American infrastructure and energy-sector M&A, development and asset optimization investment firm specializing in the origination, development, diligence/closing, investment, ownership and the post-closing enhancement of infrastructure assets and/or interests. In addition to caring for our own investments, the firm also provides all of the above services to third parties under contractual arrangements.
The Metropolis platform focuses on acquiring uniquely positioned operating (and cash flowing) infrastructure assets and subsequently enhancing the operating margins through proactive management. Portfolio and/or asset strategies are specifically geared towards unique regional opportunities that offer short term development periods and reduced times to cash flow and investment enhancement strategies.
